AQUAGUM M/306

Totally solvent free water-based adhesive for gluing polyurethane foam to itself and to fabric, wood, felt and similar. Suitable for all processes in the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses. Its main feature, revolutionaty in the sector, is that it is a single-component adhesive applied like an originary solvent-based adhesive with standard times and application equipment.

AQUAGUM®

Totally solvent-free two-component water-based spray adhesive for use with catalyst CAT/194 or CAT/IM. Very good heat resistance. Excellent yield. Immediate initial curing with open time of up to approx. 30 minutes. Spraying on two sides or, in the case of jobs presenting no particular difficulty, on one side only. Specifically designed for all types of gluing of polyurethane foam and the like, fabrics, wadding, cotton wool, wood and polystyrene in the upholstered furniture and mattress manufacturing industries. Colour: blue or white. Numerous versions of AQUAGUM™ are available.

RESPAN K8/SUPER

Thermoplastic spray adhesive which can be applied on one side only or both sides. High dry content, lower emission of solvents into the air. Excellent yield. Good tack. Suitable for all types of gluing of polyurethane foam, latex foam and polystyrene to various backings. Colour: transparent straw or red. Two cheaper versions are also available: RESPAN K8 and RESPAN K8/B.

RESPAN K/403

Thermoplastic spray adhesive. Good heat resistance. Good tack. Suitable for all gluing of plastic foams, even in the case of materials under tension. Colour: transparent straw or red.

RESPAN KE/SUPER

Thermoplastic spray adhesive. Rapid initial curing. Good tack. Good yield. An economical product, specifically designed for all gluing of plastic foams presenting no particular difficulty.

RESPAN KT

Thermoplastic spray adhesive. Rapid initial curing. Good tack. Good yield. An economical product, suitable for all gluing of plastic foams to the same material and to various backings. Colour: transparent straw or red.

RESPAN PLR/SUPER

Polychloroprene spray adhesive. Excellent yield. Excellent heat resistance. Good sprayability. Suitable for gluing plastic laminates, polyurethane, PVC, ABS, leather, metal and stainless steel to the same material and to wood, even in the case of difficult jobs. Colour: pale straw or red.

RESPAN LS

Polychloroprene spray adhesive. Good yield. Good heat resistance. Suitable for gluing chairs and office furniture, plastic laminates, wood, leather and polyurethanes. Colour: straw or red.

RESPAN EXTRA

Polychloroprene spray adhesive. Good heat resistance. Ideal for gluing pale hides and fabrics to polyurethane foam, wood, iron, ABS, etc. Colour: straw.

RESPAN PLI

Single- or two-component polyurethane spray adhesive for difficult gluing of PVC foam and polyurethane foam to the same material and to various backings. Soft adhesives line. Withstands high temperatures when its activator is added. Colour: transparent.

RESPAN FIX

Polychloroprene spray adhesive. Mixture of solvents with a low flash point which reduces fire hazard in the event of electrostatic discharges. Excellent heat resistance. Suitable for gluing materials under tension such as polyurethane foam to iron, wood, etc. Colour: straw or red.

PRESSION POLITEX

Spray adhesive specifically designed for sealing the selvages of fabric samples to prevent fraying of the weft. Excellent sprayability. Colour: neutral.

PRESSION ETE/295

Polychloroprene brush-on adhesive. For gluing plastic foams to the same material, wood, and iron. Suitable for particularly absorbent backings. Colour: straw.

PRESSION ADESIVO UNIVERSALE

Polychloroprene brush-on adhesive. Suitable for difficult gluing of plastic laminates, metal, leather, cork, wood and the like. Good heat resistance. Colour: straw.

PRESSION PARACOL

Natural rubber-based brush-on adhesive. Suitable for easy gluing of plastic foam to the same material. Colour: transparent straw.

PRESSION HM/180

Acetovinyl adhesive packaged in bottles with spouts. Suitable for gluing leather edging and friezes to wooden furniture. Excellent adhesion, even to glossy wood. Fast drying. Ideal for DIY gluing of leather, wood, fabric, glass, cardboard, etc. Colour: transparent.

STICK

Hot melt glue for hot spray gun application. Suitable for various types of gluing in the wood/upholstered furniture industry (edging, friezes, frames, etc.). Also excellent for DIY jobs. Colour: honey or transparent.
